Peach & Prosciutto Skewers

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 142 Cal, Fat 9g, Carbs 4g, Fibre 1g, Protein 11g


Ingredients:

2 Barbecue Skewers (small)

1/4 Peach (medium, pitted, chopped)

21 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced, folded)

28 grams Small Bocconcini

1 tbsp Basil Leaves


Directions

Take a barbecue skewer and thread a piece of peach, prosciutto, bocconcini, and a basil leaf one at a time. Repeat with each barbecue skewer. Serve and enjoy!


Notes:

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one day. Best enjoyed immediately.

Serving Size: One serving is equal to two six-inch skewers.

Additional Toppings: Flakey sea salt and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
