Pepper Jack Chicken Wrap

2 tsp (7g), Chicken Taco Seasonings
2 slice, Turkey Bacon
0.50 medium, Avocado
2 slice, Pepper Jack Cheese
10 oz, Chicken Breasts
122 g (2 tortilla), Ancient Whole Grain Tortilla Wrap Canada
Bake or grill chicken with chicken taco seasoning or any seasoning of choice.
Taco Seasoning: Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, etc.
Fill each tortilla with chicken, cheese, avocado, and bacon.
Roll tortilla up "burrito style" tucking in the ends.
Optional: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Optional: add any of your favourite greens or sprouts or matchstick veggies.
If you want to make a Batch of this, follow these instructions. You would need to double or triple the recipe depending on how many you are feeding.
SLOW COOKER METHOD:
Place seasoned chicken breasts into slow cooker, cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Take chicken out of slow cooker and shred with hand mixer or two forks.
Mix chicken with shredded cheese.
Fill each tortilla with chicken/cheese mixture, avocado, and bacon. Roll tortilla up "burrito style" tucking in the ends.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the seasoned chicken breasts, cut into strips
Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side, or until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink in the centre.
Remove chicken from skillet and shred, then mix with pepper jack cheese.
Follow directions above for filling the wraps and cooking them until crisp.
