Pineapple and Salmon Burger Salad

Ingredients:

180 grams Salmon Burger Patty

4 cups Mixed Greens

1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced)

2/3 cup Pineapple (chopped)

1 Avocado (small, chopped)


Directions:

  1. Cook the salmon burger patty according to package instructions. Cut into slices.

  2. Arrange the mixed greens, red onions, pineapple, and avocado on a plate. Top with the salmon burger patty. Enjoy!

Notes:

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

More Flavour: Top with lemon juice, yogurt or your dressing of choice.
