Pineapple De-bloating Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 291 cal, fat 7g, carbs 29g, protein 34g, fibre 7g

Ingredients:


1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup baby spinach

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2-6 ice cubes, depending on preference


Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy!
