Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados 1⁄2 cup raw cocoa powder 1 cup Medjool dates, or you can use honey maple syrup or agave 1⁄2 c-3⁄4 cup. 1⁄4 tsp sea salt 2 tsp vanilla A bit of water in case it is too thick

Ingredients: Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps. Use some water to help blend it. Taste before serving. Add more avocado if you like it richer or creamier; more dates/sweetener for extra sweetness, and more cocoa for a stronger chocolate flavour. Serve with fruit, oranges and strawberries taste wonderful.
