1 lb(s), Fish - Salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw

3 tbsp(s), Spices, dill weed, dried

3 tbsp chopped, Shallots, raw

2 tsp(s), Dijon Mustard

0.25 tsp(s), Spices, pepper, black

0.67 cup(s), Panko Bread Crumbs (Plain)-Revised

4 cup(s), Arugula, raw

4 lemon yields, Lemon juice - Raw


In a large bowl, combine salmon with shallots, bread crumbs, lemon juice, dill, dijon, salt and pepper. Stir until fully combined, then form into 3 to 4 patties.

In a large skillet, heat oil. Add patties and cook until golden, about 4 minutes on each side.

Serve patties over arugula with mayonnaise, romaine, tomatoes, and onions.
