Salmon Power Veggie Bowl

Macros: 411cal, fat 23g, carbs 20g, protein 31g, fibre 6g

Ingredients:

4oz grilled or baked salmon

3 cups mixed greens

1 mini cucumber sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 Tbsp balsamic glaze

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

Directions:

Prepare salmon to your liking. Add veggies to the bowl and top with salmon. Then drizzle the glaze and olive oil on top.
