Ingredients:
1/3 onion
1 1/4 cups cooked black beans
1/3 pound extra lean ground beef
3/4 cup frozen corn
10 1/2 ounces tomato sauce
10 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more to taste
Directions:
Dice onion. Drain and rinse beans, if necessary. Brown ground beef and onions in a large pot over medium heat. Once ground beef is cooked through, stir in remaining ingredients. Let cook for 15-20 minutes. Season with extra salt and pepper, as needed. Serve and enjoy!
