Spicy Cucumber Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2" piece ginger root
1 Tbsp raw almond butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds (soaked first)
1/4 cup hemp seeds (soaked first)
1/4 avocado
1/4 cucumber
1/4 lime, peeled and seeded
1 kale leaf
1 cup water
2-3 ice cubes
8-10 chopped mint leaves
optional: 1/4 jalapeño chili, seeds removed
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
