Strawberry Banana Smoothie -That Clean Life

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 221cal, fat 9g, carbs 33g, protein 7g, fibre 7g


Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries

1/2 Banana

2 Tbsp Oats (quick or rolled)

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds


Directions:

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Sweeten with raw honey, maple syrup or soaked dates instead.


Leftovers: Refrigerate in a sealed mason jar up to 48 hours.

More protein: Add more hemp seeds, a scoop of protein powder, or a spoonful of nut butter.

More Fibre: Add ground flax seeds.
