Strawberry Mango Salsa

This strawberry mango salsa is an easy, fresh, and flavourful side dish! It’s made with all fresh fruit and can be served with tortilla chips or served as a topping for fish.

Makes 4 servings

Macros: 100 cal, fat 6g, carbs 13g, protein 1g, fibre 4g

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries, diced

1 medium mango, diced

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1 medium avocado, diced

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Juice of one lime

Pinch of salt to taste


Directions:

  1. Using a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients (reserving the salt). Carefully stir to combine and coat in the lime juice, being careful to not crush the avocado.

  2. Top with salt to taste and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
