Strawberry Swirl Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 serving

(PS if you don't have time to eat this as a bowl, enjoy as a smoothie instead)

Macros: 355 cal, fat 11g, carbs 32g, protein 35g, fibre 8g

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 frozen banana

Top with 1/2 chia seeds + 1 tbsp slivered almond

Directions:

Blend everything except for the chia seeds & slivered almonds. Blend until smooth and pour into a serving bowl. Top the bowl with chia seeds and slivered almonds.
