Sweet Dijon Garden Salad

Makes 1 Serving

1 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce

1 1/2 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar

1 1/8 tsps Maple Syrup

3/4 tsp Dijon Mustard

3/4 tsp Water

1/16 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 Garlic (clove, minced)

2 leaves Romaine (chopped)

1/8 Cucumber (chopped)

1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)


Add the applesauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, water, salt, and garlic to a jar. Cover and shake well.

Add the romaine, cucumber, and tomato into bowl. Top with the dressing and enjoy!

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.

Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately two cups of salad and two tablespoons of dressing.

More Flavour: Add dried herbs like parsley.
