Sweet Potato Hash


Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 tsp(s), Coconut

2 cup, cubes, Sweet potato, raw, unprepared

1.00 g, Onion

0.25 tsp, Spices, cinnamon, ground

0.12 tsp(s), Spices, nutmeg, ground

0.06 tsp, Sea Salt

0.06 tsp(s), Spices, pepper, black

Directions:

Set a large pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil, sweet potatoes, onions. Cooke and simmer mixture 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook mixture uncovered for another 2-3 minutes until potatoes are soft and slightly browned.
