    Turkey Sausage & Pesto Flatbread Pizza

    Makes 1 serving

    Macros: 354 cal, fat 21g, carbs 27g, protein 20g, fibre 9g

    Ingredients:

    1 Flatout flat bread (You can buy this brand at Walmart)

    2 tablespoons store-bought pesto

    1 turkey sausage link, sweet Italian, cooked and crumbled

    2 ounces reduced fat feta cheese

    1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thinly

    Freshly ground salt and pepper (optional)

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for two minutes.

    Remove from the oven, and spread the pesto over the flatbread, then top with feta, sausage, & peppers. Sprinkle with salt & pepper (optional). Bake at 375°F for four minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cut into slices to your liking.
