1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)

2 cups Baby Spinach

95 grams Sliced Turkey Breast

1/2 Cucumber (medium, sliced)


Spread the mustard in the centre of the tortilla. Place the spinach, turkey, and cucumber on top. Fold or roll the tortilla around the filling and enjoy!


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

Gluten-Free: Use a gluten-free tortilla.

Additional Toppings: Add cheese, tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers, sliced olives, or sliced red onion.
