Ingredients:
1 cup, Fried Rice
1 cup grated, Carrots
0.50 Cup, Green onions
2 tbsp(s), Almonds
1 tsp, Olive Oil
1 tsp(s), Balsamic Vinegar
2 large, Hard boiled egg
Directions:
Prepare rice as per package. Boil eggs.
Cut up carrots and slightly steam them, want them to be crunchy.
Once rice is cooked, add to bowl with olive oil, balsamic dressing and mix. Top with carrots, green onions, almonds and eggs. Any additional veggies of choice can be added - just need to adjust your macros.
