As moms, we set the tone for the rest of the family.  Instilling a love for health and fitness is one of the best gifts you can give your daughter.

Our Challenges are built around GREAT NUTRITION.

During our Challenges, you'll be eating delicious meals including high quality proteins, healthy fats, nutrient-dense greens, and real fruits and vegetables.

The food you eat is either moving you towards your goals, or further away from them.  We will teach you how to feel empowered by making great decisions, and not feel "deprived" because you are avoiding certain foods.

Our Challenges provide you with a weekly menu, typically including a breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, and another snack.  Detailed recipes are provided for each meal, and all are simple enough that even the "worst" cooks will love the meals.

You won't go hungry.  In fact, you`ll be learning how to fuel your body in a way that balances your hormones, reduces inflammation and bloating, provides sustainable energy, and reduces cravings.  A "free meal" is strategiclly  included each week, allowing you to enjoy your favourite foods, while still moving towards your goals.

The training program includes 4 - 5 workouts per week.  The workouts are customized to your level of fitness, goals, and the equipment you have available.  You'll be invited to the TeamAnge app, which will guide you through each workout with demo videos and countdown clocks.

You will also be invited into our private FB group.  Here you will be able to share your obstacles, your wins, your struggles, and your questions;  receiving answers from all 3 coaches, as well as encouragement and tips from the other ladies going through the same lifestyle shift as you.

We truly have the most supportive community of women.

When your Challenge wraps up, you won't be left wondering "whats next?"   You`ll be invited to join us as a Team Ange Member, which is filled with the ladies who have completed past challenges, or we`ll invite you to join us for a secondary challenge that builds upon what you have already learned.
