Macros: 195 cal, fat 2g, carbs 23g, protein 15g, fibre 10g

Ingredients:

1 large high-fiber flour tortilla

3 slices turkey bacon

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 tomato, diced

1 tbsp low fat mayo

Directions:

Cook bacon and then assemble wrap with all of the ingredients inside.
