Steak Teriyaki and Cauliflower Rice

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

– 20g teriyaki sauce

– 30g soy sauce

– 224g grilled sirloin tip steak

– 3g minced garlic

– 3g sesame oil

– 500g cauliflower

Directions: Mix 10g teriyaki sauce, 10g soy sauce, and 3g minced garlic. Marinate

steak with this mixture in a large zip lock bag for an hour in the refrigerator. Preheat grill

to high heat. Grill steak for about 10 minutes on each side, to desired doneness. While

steaks are grilling, rice the cauliflower with a food processor. Place 3g sesame oil in a

pan over stove top medium heat. Add riced cauliflower, 10g teriyaki, 20g soy sauce,

and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Cut up steak into small, bite-

sized pieces and add to riced cauliflower.
