Tropical Fruit Kebabs

Makes 6 skewers

Macros: 180 Cal, Fat 3g, Carbs 35g, Fibre 4g, Protein 1g


2 bananas

2 mangoes

1 fresh pineapple or 1 can pineapple chunks

6 skewers

sweetened shredded coconut


  1. Peel and cut fruit into bite-sized chunks. Carefully thread alternating kinds of fruit onto different skewers.

  2. Pour coconut into wide, shallow dish. Roll each kebab in coconut. When finished, put kebabs in fridge until ready to eat.

  3. Mix it up with different kinds of fruits!
