Breakfast Wrap

Makes 1 serving Macros: 288 cal, fat 9g, carbs 15g, protein 39g, fibre 8g

Ingredients: 1 egg 1/2 cup liquid egg whites 6" multi grain tortilla 2 pieces turkey bacon, cut into small pieces garlic salt and pepper to taste Salsa on the side (optional) Directions: Scramble egg + egg whites with turkey bacon on stovetop over medium heat. Add garlic salt and pepper . Place cooked eggs and bacon into wrap and roll up. Feel free to add salsa on the side for dipping.
