Cinnamon Apple Yogurt Bowls
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 sweet apples, peeled, cored, seeded and diced (Honey Crisp or Gala)
3 tablespoons raw sugar
2 tablespoon golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
4 cups 0% fat plain greek yogurt
8 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Place diced apple, sugar and raisins in a small pot, add 1/2 cup water, sprinkle with cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, cover, and cook over low heat until soft, 16 to 18 minutes.Set aside to cool.Divide the yogurt in 4 medium bowls. Top with apples and chopped nuts. For the future servings, let the apple mix cool to room temperature prior to putting on top of the yogurt. It can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
