Greek Yogurt Bark with PB + Dark Chocolate

Makes 12 servings

Macros: 76 Cal, Fat 4g, Carbs 5g, Fibre 0g, Protein 5g


Ingredients:

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter

2 tbsps Dark Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup Clean Trail Mix


Directions:

1. line parchment paper in a baking dish

2. spread greek yogurt over the bottom

3. warm the peanut butter to a liquid consistency and drizzle over the yogurt

4. melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the yogurt

5. sprinkle with trail mix

6. place in freezer and enjoy for a cold dessert on a hot day!


Notes:

Like it Sweet: Use flavoured vanilla yogurt instead of plain or add honey.
