Macros: 234 cal, fat 22g, carbs 15g, protein 4g, fibre 10g

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries

1⁄2 avocado

1 1⁄2 tsp cacao powder

3⁄4 cup coconut or almond milk

1⁄4 tsp vanilla

Stevia to taste (optional)


Mix all ingredients together, Blend and Enjoy! Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder.
