Shamrock Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 429 cal, Fat 18g, Carbs 43g, Protein 28g, Fibre 7g


  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (optional, 1/4 cup extra for a thinner smoothie)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen peach

  • 1 tbsp coconut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Using a high speed blender, blend the spinach and mint with the coconut milk to ensure they’re fully incorporated

  2. Add in the remainder of the ingredients and blend until creamy, adding 1/4 more of coconut milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.

  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
